Anurag Dikshit, co-founder of PartyGaming, is to say he is guilty of what he is accused of and potentially pay out a huge $300m fine. As the reports state, Dikshit will be in the Southern District of New York on Tuesday to say he is guilty of at least one Wire Act violation and so cooperate with Department of Justice investigations.
The Southern District of New York is the same jurisdiction that has worked on many other high-profile accusations linked to online gambling, including NETeller co-founders Stephen Lawrence and John Lefebvre. (more…)
