The chairman of the Nevada Gaming Commission, Brian Sandoval, explained, “Due to the fact that we are the regulators, the first thing that will need to do is meet with the Department of Justice in order to determine their interpretation of the federal law - particularly the Wire Act - and its applicability to the legal regulations of the state of Nevada.
